ITF Group was founded on the principles of integrity, respect and fairness. As the lifeblood of any transportation company we value our drivers and the contribution they make to the success of our business. Understandably, we want to recognize the effort our drivers put into their work. As a result, ITF Group has implemented a Driver of the Month program to reward and recognize our truck drivers.

For example, every month, 3 drivers are nominated by Operations and other office staff that have shown their outstanding professionalism in the workplace. We will nominate one driver from each division, Owner Operators, Local Drivers and Company OTR Drivers.

Recognition for the hard work that our drivers commit to helps morale and the relationship we have with our truck drivers. Equally important, we thank them for keeping the road a safe place while also getting the job done. ITF truck drivers have good working relationships with their peers, colleagues, customers, and set the bar higher for all individuals in the transport industry.

In conclusion, we want to set the bar high for earning this award, so we have listed some of the criteria below.
