ITF Group Takes The Number 2 Spot As a Top Workplace in St. Louis.
At ITF Group, we are proud to have earned a Top Workplaces award for 2024. This year, ITF Group ranked second for the small business size category with fewer than 150 employees. The Top Workplaces award from the St. Louis Post Dispatch is based on employee feedback though a third party survey firm Energage. Determining factors include pay, benefits, leadership and appreciation.
Ranking second on this list is a testament to the optimizing of our internal processes we have in place as well as increased training for all employees. By focusing on these areas we are able to ensure that we not only attract top talent but also retain those employees. By investing in our employees’ growth and well-being, we have seen a remarkable increase in employee retention and overall happiness.
