For a third year in a row, ITF Group has been named a St. Louis Top Workplace for companies that have 50-149 employees. Moving up three spots from last year, ranking #27 on the list. St. Louis Post-Dispatch has recognized 151 Companies and organizations in the Greater St. Louis area as a Top Workplace for 2022.
This year, ITF Group found new ways to not only support our staff but to also give back to the community.
For example, ITF Group donated over 300lbs of nonperishable food items to The Kaufman Fund Food for Vets that supports Veterans in need in our local community. Above all, this program, focuses on addressing food insecurities specifically for Veterans has been able to help thousands of Veterans and their families. Each Veteran that participates received enough food to support a household for 10 days. The goal is to have each Vet return when needed after they registered at an event. With ITF Groups donation the food drive in 2021 was the most successful event held and has grown to over 400 registered Vets.
Of course earning a spot on the St. Louis Top Workplace list signifies a healthy work life balance among staff, great benefits, competitive pay and and overall happy environment. Yet, we can’t hoard all the fun. For this reason, ITF sought a few creative ways to be more involved with the community this year.
Furthermore, ITF Group sponsored a hole at the Robert W. Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship 13th Annual Golf Classic in April of 2022. The proceeds from this event support experiential learning opportunities for current and future students of Lindenwood University. Our CFO and several staff are Lindenwood alumni.
We strive to do as much local business as we can here in the greater St. Louis area. We work with local vendors for fleet graphics and maintenance, apparel needs, and weekly lunches all support local establishments in our community. Developing relationships with our local business partners is a vital part to our community involvement and outreach.
With more capacity, comes more chances for ITF Group to be involved. We’re thrilled to be part of such an elite group of individuals supporting St. Louis Top Workplace and surrounding businesses!
